Planview Platform Administrator & Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Planview Platform Administrator & Integration Specialist to manage, configure, and support the Planview platform while designing and maintaining integrations with enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Planview administration, platform configuration, REST APIs, ETL processes, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Planview platform.
• Manage user provisioning, security, workflows, portfolios, forms, and reporting.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform upgrades.
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, ETL, and middleware.
• Integrate Planview with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, ERP, HR, and other enterprise systems.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for business stakeholders.
• Ensure platform security, governance, compliance, and data integrity.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with PMO, IT, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Planview Administration experience.
• Strong experience with Planview configuration and platform management.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, ETL, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience integrating Planview with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, ERP, or HR systems.
• Knowledge of portfolio/project management, workflows, reporting, and governance.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
