About us

Our Credit Reporting team plays a key role in helping us understand and manage customer debt through reporting, analysis and insight. As the team continue to grow, we're looking for a Junior Credit Reporting Analyst to join our expanding team. You'll have the opportunity to develop your analytical skills while supporting a variety of reporting and data requests.

The Role

As a Junior Credit Reporting Analyst, you'll support the team in producing reporting and insights across our debt portfolio, helping the business better understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Working across a variety of analytical requests, you'll gather data using SQL, manipulate large datasets in Excel, create visualisations in Power BI and produce reports that support business decision making. You'll also manage incoming data requests, data history and trends.

Alongside regular reporting you'll work on a range of short term analytical projects, investigating trends, responding to ad-hoc requests and supporting process improvements across the team. We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, enjoys understanding the story behind the data and wants to develop their analytical skills. You'll be supported by an experienced team who can help build your commercial awareness and develop your ability to interpret data.

You'll have good working knowledge of Excel, SQL and experience extracting and querying data. Whether you've already started in your career in an analytical role, completed a data or analytics apprenticeship, or recently graduated, we'd love to hear from you.
