Associate - Secondaries Investment - eFinancialCareers

A well established Secondaries Private equity house seeks an Associate for its team based in London.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead due diligence on LP-led and GP-led secondary transactions in Europe
2. Initial review of investment opportunities
3. Conducting financial and business due diligence
4. Preparing complex financial models
5. Drafting and presenting investment committee memoranda
6. Preparing limited partner presentations, sponsor marketing and fundraising materials

Job Requirements:

1. Excellent academic credentials
2. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in CF/M&A
3. Strong analytical and communication skills
4. Collaborative approach conducive to strong teamwork
5. History of outstanding performance and high level of motivation
