Overview
Seeking a technical professional to deploy, configure, and support enterprise technology solutions across multiple client environments. This is a highly travel-focused role requiring strong troubleshooting and implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy integrated technology solutions
• Support servers, workstations, networks, and connected devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Perform system testing, validation, and go-live support
• Document configurations and provide end-user guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of systems, infrastructure, or network support experience
• Strong Windows, networking, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with enterprise technology deployments
• Ability to read technical documentation and work independently
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

Additional Details

• Up to 85% travel required (typically Monday–Friday)
• Valid driver's license required
