The Role • Respond to inbound sales calls for all customer tiers, offering quotes for various product lines and services. • Convert quotes into orders and identify opportunities for future business development. • Utilize strategic sales skills to close sales during initial customer interactions. • Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely and appropriate handling of customer requests. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company products and services to effectively educate customers. • Proactively research customer businesses to understand their challenges and opportunities. What You'll Need • High School Diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience. • Highly proficient with technology and adept at navigating various systems. • Demonstrated sales competency, including the ability to overcome objections, close sales, and negotiate effectively. • Strong active listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment. • A self-starter with a drive for success, ability to surpass goals, and enthusiasm for seizing opportunities.
