Cyber Ops Planner

Leidos is seeking a DCO Cyber Ops Planner to design and coordinate defensive cyberspace operations for government and critical infrastructure missions. In this role, you will assess threats, develop mission-focused DCO plans, create and refine playbooks, and collaborate with cyber operators, engineers, and mission owners to protect complex enterprise and tactical environments. You will translate mission objectives into technical courses of action, align operations with policy and cyber doctrine, and brief stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate defensive cyberspace operations in support of mission objectives
• Analyze cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and operational risk to inform DCO plans
• Develop and maintain DCO playbooks, TTPs, and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with cyber operators, engineers, and mission owners to align technical actions with mission needs
• Translate policy, doctrine, and rules of engagement into executable cyber courses of action
• Support incident response planning and post-incident improvement activities
• Produce and deliver technical and mission briefings to stakeholders and leadership
• Continuously assess effectiveness of DCO campaigns and recommend enhancements
