Provide excellent customer service in both English and Chinese. Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner. Assist customers with product and service-related questions.

Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. Maintain customer records in a secure database. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
