Position: Sr. Organization Change Management (OCM) Specialist – Agile & IT Modernization
Location: DC (Onsite)

Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Organization Change Management (OCM) Specialist to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives supporting Agile adoption and IT modernization programs. The ideal candidate will drive change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption efforts while partnering with Agile leaders to foster lasting organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute enterprise change management strategies for Agile and technology transformation initiatives.
• Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Create communication, training, and adoption plans for executives, managers, and delivery teams.
• Identify and manage resistance through targeted coaching and engagement strategies.
• Measure adoption using change metrics, readiness scores, and feedback to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Agile Program Managers, Agile Coaches, and leadership to strengthen Agile culture and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management supporting technology or Agile transformations.
• Experience developing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, training, and resistance management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, Sociology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification.
• Experience with Agile and Technology Transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Federal Government or highly regulated industry experience
