Role: Senior Informatica Developer with IICS Cloud Required
Location: Mendota, MN (5 days onsite)
Duration: 12 months

Job Description:
Designs, builds, and manages complex data pipelines to integrate enterprise resource planning (ERP), CRM, and supply chain data into centralized data warehouses.
Advanced Data Integration: Design and implement robust ETL mappings, mapplets, and workflows using Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Cloud (IICS) to connect diverse sources like Oracle, SQL Server, Salesforce, and flat files.
Architecture & Modeling: Collaborate with data architects to build scalable data warehouse models, star schemas, and dimensional data marts tailored to commercial, inventory, and logistics analytics.
Performance Tuning: Optimize slow-running queries, bottlenecked transformations, and session partitions in Informatica to ensure high-volume data loads finish within critical batch windows
Data Governance & Quality: Enforce strict data cleansing routines, handle-handling of Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD Type 1/2), and maintain data integrity across supply chain metrics.
Leadership & Mentoring: Guide junior developers, conduct peer code reviews, establish team best practices, and bridge the gap between technical execution and business stakeholder requirements
