Join a fastgrowing team delivering cuttingedge BIM. We re looking for a seasoned VDC Project Manager who can drive productivity, elevate quality, and lead a highperforming Plumbing/Piping VDC group from preconstruction through fabrication.

What You ll Lead

• Supervise VDC Specialists & Spoolers; manage BIM subcontractors.

• Own BIM strategy, coordination, clash management, and model accuracy.

• Partner with Project Managers to keep schedules tight and information flowing.

• Run coordination meetings, assign clashes, and maintain project standards.

• Support layout teams (Trimble RTS) and ensure seamless field communication.

• Balance workloads, track progress, and maintain project activity schedules.

• Contribute to recruiting and developing top VDC talent.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of mechanical construction design/fabrication experience.

• Strong leadership experience managing technical teams.

• Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Fabrication CADmep; solid Microsoft Office skills.

• Sharp analytical skills, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

• High integrity, organization, and a drive to deliver excellence.
