**Key Qualifications:**

- Over 5 years of experience in quality engineering or assurance within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Leadership capabilities to drive quality improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP system experience is advantageous.
- Certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) are preferred.
- ISO 13485/9001 Lead Auditor and Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with digital QMS software platforms is beneficial.
