Sr IT Business Analyst

We're looking for a Sr IT Business Analyst to support a hybrid role in Minneapolis/Fridley, MN, where you'll help shape business solutions by turning needs into clear, actionable requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams to improve processes, support data-driven decisions, and drive meaningful change across multiple functions.
Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather and clarify business needs.
• Translate complex business objectives into well-defined requirements for system or product changes.
• Analyze data, trends, and use cases to help identify opportunities for process and service improvement.
• Document business processes and workflows across commercial and related functions.
• Support solution delivery by helping guide the business agenda and ensuring priorities stay aligned.
• Work independently while balancing multiple priorities and deliverables.

Skills

• Strong business analysis experience, with a focus on Agile environments.
• Ability to gather, evaluate, and document business requirements clearly and accurately.
• Experience analyzing data and trends to support recommendations and decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort working with business processes, systems, and technology concepts.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with company mergers or integration-related work.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Background working with data analysis tools and data modeling methodologies.
• Experience supporting commercial or multi-functional business areas.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong process improvement orientation.
