The Role

• Meet and exceed sales goals for the store and personal performance.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Supervise and manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, in the absence of store management.
• Oversee Loss Prevention practices in store management’s absence.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Uphold company policies and standards of performance.

What You'll Need

• Prior retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and an eagerness to succeed.
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
