Responsibilities

• Prospect and meet with individuals, families, and businesses to understand insurance needs
• Present and explain life and supplemental health insurance products in person
• Develop and manage a personal portfolio of policyholders and business accounts
• Provide ongoing customer service, policy reviews, and claims support to clients
• Meet and exceed performance and sales targets in a competitive environment
• Participate in structured training on products, compliance, and sales processes
• Build residual income through renewing and expanding client relationships
• Develop leadership skills by mentoring newer agents as you advance
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM tools
• Represent the agency professionally at community and networking events
