Human Resources HR Field Support Rep

Job Description
Lakeshore Talent is in search of an
HR Administrator to join a growing Human Resources team in Greenwood Village, CO. This is a long-term contract opportunity, initially expected to run through the end of the year
, supporting a busy HR and Talent Acquisition team with the day-to-day administrative and coordination responsibilities that keep operations running smoothly.
While prior HR or Talent Acquisition experience is helpful,
TA experience is not required
. The team is looking for someone with strong administrative skills who is comfortable following up, picking up the phone when needed, communicating professionally with hiring managers and vendors, and figuring out solutions independently.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract:
Long-term contract opportunity, initially through the end of the year
Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams
Communicate directly with hiring managers, HR team members, candidates, and external vendors as needed
Pick up the phone to proactively follow up on outstanding items, including background checks, references, and hiring-related requests
Assist with various HR administrative processes and projects
Support recruiters and HR team members with administrative tasks and coordination
Perform other administrative duties and projects as assigned
2+ years of administrative, HR, recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or related professional experience preferred
~ Prior HR or Talent Acquisition experience is a plus, but not required
~ Comfortable picking up the phone and having professional conversations with a variety of individuals, including hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
~ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift throughout the day
~ Experience with an HRIS, ATS, or other business systems is a plus
~ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 and the ability to learn new systems quickly
~ High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
~ Ability and willingness to work fully onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in Greenwood Village
