Job Summary

P99Soft is seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Cloud, AI/GenAI, Data, and SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will lead customer solutioning initiatives, design scalable enterprise architectures, drive cloud-native and AI-first transformations, and collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams. This role requires strong technical leadership, customer-facing consulting experience, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

• Understand customer business objectives and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
• Design end-to-end architectures across Cloud, AI, Data, and SaaS platforms.
• Define integration strategies, security frameworks, scalability models, and deployment architectures.
• Develop architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and solution documentation.
• Conduct discovery workshops and architectural assessments with customers.
• Recommend modernization and digital transformation strategies.
• Perform effort estimation, technical feasibility analysis, and risk assessments.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Identify opportunities for Cloud, AI, Data, and SaaS service expansion.

Technical Leadership

• Guide engineering teams throughout implementation and delivery.
• Review technical designs and architecture decisions.
• Promote best practices for security, governance, scalability, and performance.
• Mentor developers, technical leads, and engineering teams.

Innovation & Strategy

• Stay updated on emerging AWS, AI/GenAI, and SaaS technologies.
• Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and accelerators.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, templates, and solution assets.
• Drive adoption of AI-first and cloud-native design principles.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect Associate/Professional) preferred.
• Cloud, AI, Data, or Enterprise Architecture certifications are a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or solution architecture roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale cloud and SaaS solutions.
