The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks on light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock and complete necessary reporting.
• Represent the company with professionalism and provide excellent customer service during driveway visits.
• Think on your feet and make independent decisions to resolve customer vehicle issues.
• Work a 40-hour week with potential for flexible scheduling, including some Saturdays.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and diagnosing vehicle issues.
