Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
• Support teams in delivering high-quality products within the Wealth Management sector.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remove impediments and enhance team performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5-7 years of Scrum Master experience.
• Strong background in Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Experience in Wealth Management/Financial Services is strongly preferred.
• Agile delivery experience; AWS exposure preferred.
