Quick Overview
Job Description
About the Role
This is a hands-on engineering role embedded directly with enterprise customers across the DACH region, helping them become AI-native by scoping, building, and shipping production-grade agents and integrations. You will work alongside an Enterprise AI Transformation Lead as the primary technical resource on the ground, turning complex customer problems into autonomous workflows that teams can own and operate independently. The work you do feeds directly back into the core product.
What You'll Do
Embed on-site with major enterprise accounts across DACH, acting as a trusted technical peer to customer CTOs and platform teams.
Run workshops, hackathons, and implementation sprints to accelerate AI adoption within customer organisations.
Scope, build, integrate, debug, and teach teams to adopt production agents, custom integrations, MCP servers, and multi-step workflows.
Ship end-to-end, high-leverage use cases including complex agentic systems and tool-use loops that operate under real production load.
When platform limits appear, collaborate directly with internal engineering and write fixes yourself.
Identify customer-driven product blockers and implement improvements that push the platform forward.
Automate your own repetitive work by building agents that eliminate manual tasks.
Travel significantly across DACH as part of the regular rhythm of the role.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on engineering experience, with energy, ownership, and growth trajectory weighted alongside tenure.
Strong full-stack engineering skills with the ability to go deep on integrations and end-to-end workflows.
Demonstrated experience shipping agentic AI systems, tool-use loops, and LLM-powered features under production load, this is a firm requirement.
Ability to scope complex customer use cases quickly and deliver fast, pragmatic solutions without waiting for detailed specs.
Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in enterprise settings.
Experience delivering customer-facing workshops and implementation sprints in an enterprise context.
Native-level German proficiency.
Based in Munich or willing to relocate, with comfort travelling across DACH regularly.
Go programming experience is a bonus.
Founder or early-employee startup experience is a strong plus.
Backgrounds from consulting without hands-on engineering are not a fit for this role.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 80,000 to 150,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
On-site, based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, with significant travel across the DACH region expected.
