Full Time Sales and Customer Service Representative

Job Description
Talento Search Group has an opening for an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative in Americus, Georgia. This position is in the office; The pay range is $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience.

Work with customers by phone or email
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Perform customer verifications
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
Manage administration
Follow up on customer interactions
Cycle count raw materials
High School Diploma or GED
At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of administrative procedures including data entry
Problem solving analysis and attention to detail
Data collection and ordering
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Good computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
