Job description
Ac3 is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver Level 1 desktop support for hundreds of end-users from our Sydney CBD office. You will handle in-person, phone, and remote assistance, manage user accounts, and contribute to SOE deployments and project work in a structured global environment.
You should have 1-2+ years of desktop support experience, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently.
