Construction Recruiter
We have a tremendous opportunity for someone with construction knowledge looking to get into executive recruiting
. Due to the incredible number of data centers being built now, we have several construction firms desperate for management level talent. We have the client relationships to keep you very busy, the tools to help you connect with those truly impact players, and the training to help you sell, assess and deliver those candidates.

Develop a recruitment plan
Drive the outreach to potential candidates to notify them of the opportunity

Demonstrated ability to make personal connections, engage candidates, ask open-ended questions, and listen to establish trust and build lasting relationships
Excellent communication skills - in person and over the phone - with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of career opportunities to candidates with differing needs
Comfortable developing relationships over the phone
