Summary

The AI Solutions Specialist sits between AI development and the business-turning real stakeholder needs into working AI tools that teams can use right away. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you design, prototype, test, deploy, and improve practical AI solutions with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience building real AI solutions (not just theoretical knowledge)
• Strong independence and ability to work with minimal direction
• Practical problem-solving with an emphasis on execution and outcomes
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable AI solutions
• Comfort pushing for clarity when requirements are vague or incomplete
• Ability to move work forward with minimal dependency on others
• Close-to-team-level skill to ensure solutions can directly apply to real business problems

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience with business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Epicor, etc.)
• Experience with automation or low-code platforms
• Background working directly with business teams

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal AI tools and applications using modern AI platforms
• Take requirements from stakeholders and produce suggested AI solutions
• Translate business problems into working AI solutions rapidly
• Prototype, test, and iterate quickly with minimal oversight
• Own solutions end-to-end: build ? test ? deploy ? improve
• Prioritize work based on business impact and feasibility
• Partner with business teams to understand workflows and pain points
• Demo solutions to support adoption when needed
• Explain solutions in clear, practical terms to enable early rollout
• Stay current with AI tools and capabilities; test new tools and approaches quickly
• Apply learnings directly into real solutions and share practical insights
