Job Description

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
  • 5+ years of healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Strong hands-on SQL experience with the ability to independently perform complex data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare business processes and data.
  • Proven experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements.
  • Experience with BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mapping.
