Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Southeast Wisconsin only
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a mix of operational, lifecycle, and project-based work across a diverse business portfolio. This role requires a strong BA who can gather requirements, improve processes, support testing, and partner with both business and technical teams to deliver practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, workflow analysis, and stakeholder discussions.
- Create user stories, process flows, use cases, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Partner with developers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to define solutions and align on priorities.
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.
- Support QA and facilitate UAT with business users and external partners as needed.
- Help manage small projects or workstreams, including milestones, scope, and coordination.
Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Experience writing business requirements, user stories, use cases, and test cases.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of data structures, data integration, and data warehousing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus
