Job Title: Business Analyst – Medicaid / MMIS

Location: Quincy MA

Mode of Hire: Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong experience in Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and healthcare/public-sector environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Medicaid claims processing systems, Integrated Eligibility & Enrollment (IE&E), and related Medicaid data and reporting systems.

Required / Preferred Skills

Business Analysis experience in Medicaid / Healthcare IT
MMIS (Medicaid Management Information System) experience
Strong understanding of Medicaid claims processing systems
Experience with IE&E (Integrated Eligibility & Enrollment)
Understanding of Medicaid eligibility and enrollment processes
Experience with Medicaid claims, providers, members, benefits, payments, and encounters
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
