Enterprise Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead large-scale IT and business initiatives, including the implementation of a new Project Management System. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project governance, stakeholder management, change management, and project reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience.
• 10+ years of State or Federal IT project experience.
• 10+ years of Project Management System implementation experience.
• 8+ years of Power BI dashboard development experience.
• 10+ years of Change Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP or CSM certification required.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be a current South Carolina resident; no relocation.

Preferred

• Experience with public health software implementations.
• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Experience with enterprise PMO, portfolio management, and governance.
