The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is recruiting for an IT Director to join a respected aerospace and defense manufacturer operating across multiple sites. This on-site role in Jersey City, NJ calls for a hands-on leader with Epicor expertise who will oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance. Reporting straight to the President, the IT Director will hold a seat at the executive table, guide technology strategy, and enjoy meaningful career growth inside a larger organization.

What You'll Do

• Direct IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity for every company location.
• Supervise a team that includes an IT Manager and a Technology Administrator.
• Spearhead the transition to Epicor Kinetic.
• Prepare the business for CMMC certification and maintain ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Shape the technology roadmap and contribute to executive-level decisions.
• Introduce new platforms and processes that modernize how the company operates.
• Champion change across the organization as a strategic yet hands-on leader.

What You Bring

• Track record in IT Leadership within the aerospace and defense sector
• Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP
• Deep knowledge of Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Manufacturing Environments
• Demonstrated Team Leadership and Change Management ability
• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of relevant experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship

Compensation & Total Rewards

• Salary: Up to $190K + Bonus
• Engagement: Full-time, direct hire; on-site in Jersey City, NJ
