Job Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects from initiation through to implementation and transition to BAU.
- Develop project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, RAID logs and delivery governance
- Manage multiple IAM workstreams and co-ordinate technical and business tams.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.
- Identify delivery risks, issues and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
- Establish appropriate project governance, reporting and steering committee processes.
- Excellent knowledge of IAM concepts, SailPoint (preferably), Privilege Access Management
- Act as the primary delivery interface between IAM engineering teams and business, network, technology teams.
- Manage relationship with technology vendors, implementation partners and managed service providers.
- 8-12+ yers of experience in IT Project/program management, with significant experience managing enterprise IAM implementation or transformation programs.
