The Role

• Represent a premium brand at retail locations, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage shoppers and generate interest in high-quality window and door solutions.
• Convert conversations into qualified leads by scheduling in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up and maintain professional and appealing product displays.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation to travel to various event and retail locations.
• A naturally outgoing personality and a passion for engaging with new people.
• The ability to confidently handle interactions and rejection.
• Enthusiasm for assisting customers and making positive first impressions.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• A smartphone and flexibility to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
