The Role

• Represent the brand at retail stores, trade shows, and local community events.
• Engage with potential customers, creating interest in premium window and door solutions.
• Generate qualified leads by converting conversations into in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up and maintain professional, eye-catching product displays.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation to travel to various event and retail locations.
• A naturally outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with new people.
• Confidence in handling rejections and a drive to succeed.
• Enjoyment in engaging with customers and making a positive first impression.
• Ability to set up displays, which may involve lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable spending periods on your feet during shifts.
• At least 18 years of age with a smartphone.
