The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including the calibration of advanced driver-assistance systems.
• Assume the operational leadership role, managing on-site technical aspects and ensuring adherence to company standards and daily operational planning.
• Provide customer service from order acceptance through to vehicle return, ensuring excellent client consultation.
• Manage invoicing, customer cash handling, and the scheduling and creation of incoming orders.
• Oversee quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed trade apprenticeship with relevant professional experience, ideally in automotive mechatronics, mechanics, or bodywork.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications or already possess operational management credentials.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and proficient German language skills.
• Strong PC skills and comfort with administrative tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster collaborative relationships.
