The Role

• Perform replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
• Assume the role of Operations Manager (HWK certified), overseeing technical operations and ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Manage day-to-day scheduling and operational planning for the service center.
• Advise and support customers from order placement through vehicle handover, ensuring a high level of service.
• Handle invoicing, customer funds, and manage incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as a Master Automotive Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Mechanic, or Bodywork Specialist.
• Willingness to undertake the required certification for Operations Manager or already hold HWK certification.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and strong German language skills.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and basic PC skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively in a team, and build trusting relationships.
