Chief Data Officer

Lead the enterprise data strategy for AMDS, modernizing how data is governed, integrated, and operationalized. Partner with senior leadership, program stakeholders, and technical teams to build a secure, scalable, AI/ML-ready data environment and strengthen data accountability across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise data strategy aligned with mission priorities.
• Establish and enforce data governance to protect quality, integrity, security, and compliance.
• Align leadership, programs, and technical teams around enterprise data practices.
• Oversee resilient data platforms, pipelines, and infrastructure.
• Manage the full data lifecycle, from curation and storage to access and retention.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and advance data integration, interoperability, scalability, and AI/ML readiness.
