Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Test Analyst 5 to join our team in Lansing, MI. In this role, you will partner with IT, development, and business stakeholders to plan, execute, and automate testing strategies for enterprise systems.
 
Position Highlights
 
  • Location: Lansing, MI (Must reside within 1.5 hours of Lansing, MI).
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite: Monday & Tuesday).
  • Interview Process: In-Person in Lansing, MI (Required).
Key Technical Skills & Qualifications
 
  • QA & Systems Analysis: 7+ years of experience in IT Quality Assurance and software testing.
  • Test Design & Execution: 5+ years writing and executing complex test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
  • Defect Management: 5+ years tracking and managing bugs using Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
  • Data & API Testing: Hands-on experience with SQL database queries, API testing, and integration validation.
  • Automation: Proficiency in building repeatable automated test banks and regression suits.
Position Requirements
 
  • Education: Completed Bachelor’s Degree (Any major).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
