- Write clean, testable, well-documented code; create unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews
- Own features from requirements to production, collaborating closely with Product, QA, and DevOps
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows; support automated build, test, and deployment
- Apply Agile/Scrum practices, provide accurate estimates, and continuously improve team processes
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive stability and performance improvements

Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional full stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in .NET/C# with ASP.NET Core (Web API, middleware, dependency injection)
- Hands-on experience with Angular or React building component-based SPAs
- Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, functions, execution plans, optimization)
- Practical Python experience for scripting, automation, or data tasks
- Proven experience designing and consuming REST APIs and web services
- Solid understanding of database design, normalization, indexing, and query performance
- Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD practices (branching strategies, code reviews, pipelines)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams; strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred skills (nice to have):
- Front-end tooling: TypeScript, RxJS (Angular), Redux/NgRx, Webpack/Vite
- Testing: xUnit/NUnit, MSTest, Jest/Karma, Cypress/Playwright, Postman/Swagger
- Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS), containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code
- Caching, messaging, and distributed systems patterns (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Security best practices (OAuth/OpenID Connect, JWT, OWASP)
- Performance profiling and observability (logging, metrics, tracing)

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
