Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to define business needs and deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Expertise in BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
• Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and analysis
• Process mapping, gap analysis, and business process improvement

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and workshops
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams
• Support UAT, defect management, and production releases
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and business documentation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure successful project delivery
