Position Overview

The Salesforce Project Manager will lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery of Salesforce modernization projects supporting DCYF Early Childhood Administration. The Project Manager will oversee discovery, planning, stakeholder engagement, implementation planning, vendor coordination, Agile delivery, risk management, and cross-functional teams supporting modernization of ELS and CCAP systems.

 

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce modernization projects using Agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate discovery sessions, workshops, stakeholder interviews, and planning activities.
• Develop project plans, implementation roadmaps, risk registers, communication plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate Product Managers, Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and State stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and vendor performance.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Oversee change management, training, organizational readiness, and implementation activities.
• Ensure compliance with State governance, PMO standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Support executive reporting and steering committee presentations.
