We are seeking dedicated Special Education Needs Teachers to join an impactful organization committed to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. This role offers the opportunity to work flexibly and creatively, making a significant difference in your community.

The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1-KS5, planning and delivering trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with local authorities and schools to raise the standard of education for vulnerable learners.
• Engage with diverse learners across various SEND classifications including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching core subjects (Maths, English, Science).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and professional references.
• UK work authorization.
