Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Power Platform experience and Dataverse.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in Jira
• Large enterprise or regulated industry experience
• Power Platform certification(s)

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
• Consolidate 7+ documentation repositories into one
• Build document approval workflows
• Enable Copilot search across internal content
• Build out front end user support page for enterprise application
• Create decision/approval log capability
• Integrate capabilities with Microsoft teams communications channels
• Analyze program Control documents and build capabilities to support automated and semi-automated methodologies for managing them more effectively within PowerApps
• Build PowerBI dashboards to support analysis of program metrics
• Support Copilot data integration proofs of concept for business operational efficiencies
