  • Manage resident communications, customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of investment programmes, maintaining accurate records of project progress, expenditure and performance.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate works, avoid programme clashes and ensure effective project delivery.
  • Prepare project reports, chair meetings where required and provide technical advice on construction and property-related matters.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience managing contractors and administering construction contracts, such as JCT, TPC or similar industry-standard forms.
  • Demonstrable experience of budget management, cost control, cash flow forecasting and achieving value for money.
  • Ability to prepare detailed work specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety legislation, building regulations, construction standards and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing projects from inception through to completion, including quality inspections, handovers and defect resolution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a strong focus on resident satisfaction.
