Job Description

Position: DevSecOps Engineer
Location: Radford, VA ( Remote with travel to customer site 1–3 times Per year).
Duration: Long term contract (12+ Months)

Clearance: Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance as a condition or continuation of employment.
Education: Bachelor''s degree or higher required

Looking for candidates with strong:
  • Experience designing, architecting, building, and implementing CI/CD pipelines from the ground up
  • DevSecOps framework implementation and management experience
  • Expertise with GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Atlassian toolsets
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform and Ansible
  • Containerization and orchestration experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift
  • Experience modernizing applications and migrating legacy applications into containerized environments
  • Experience integrating security controls, testing, and compliance requirements into CI/CD workflows
  • Scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Knowledge of DoD STIGs, RMF, IAVM, and security/compliance best practices
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and GitLab dashboards
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes workloads, and deployment automation.
