AI Engineer – RAG Optimization

Experience: 7–8+ years

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with strong experience in RAG optimization and Azure AI Foundry. The role focuses on improving an existing RAG application for better retrieval accuracy, response quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize an existing Azure AI Foundry RAG application.
• Improve retrieval, ranking, reranking, chunking, metadata, and indexing.
• Tune prompts and context strategies to improve AI response quality.
• Test and validate RAG performance using real-world use cases.
• Analyze technical documents and improve retrieval effectiveness.
• Use AI-assisted development / vibe coding to build and test enhancements.
• Work closely with technical and business teams.

Required Skills:
• 7–8+ years of relevant AI/ML or software engineering experience.
• Hands-on Azure AI Foundry experience.
• Strong RAG development and optimization experience.
• Knowledge of vector search, semantic search, ranking, and reranking.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM response evaluation.
• Hands-on vibe coding / AI-assisted coding experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
