Business Analyst with Guidewire

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud experience to work with business and technical teams on insurance claims applications.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Work closely with business users, developers, and QA teams.
• Analyze P&C insurance claims processes and translate them into functional requirements.
• Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration, integrations, testing, and implementation.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, defect tracking, and production support.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and manage requirements in JIRA/Confluence.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Guidewire Cloud experience
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance and claims processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud migration/implementation experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations is preferred.
• Guidewire certification is a plus.
