What You'll Need • Experience in a customer service environment and managing customer relationships. • Excellent organisational and time management skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Experience working within a regulatory environment is desirable. • Good technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office. • A customer-focused attitude with empathy and emotional intelligence.
