The Role

• Provide outstanding customer service as a first point of contact.
• Educate customers on banking services and guide them to the right options.
• Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures for a seamless customer experience.
• Take proactive actions to achieve good customer outcomes and resolve issues.
• Conduct financial reviews and provide customers with accurate information for informed decisions.
• Manage diary and balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings.

What You'll Need

• Experience in a customer service environment and managing customer relationships.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working within a regulatory environment is desirable.
• Good technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• A customer-focused attitude with empathy and emotional intelligence.
