The Role

• Build, coach, and lead a team of 7-12 field marketers focused on door-to-door outreach.
• Drive lead generation and ensure qualified appointments are scheduled with homeowners.
• Transport and manage team logistics to designated neighborhoods.
• Foster a positive, high-energy team environment that consistently produces results.
• Recruit, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 1 year of experience in canvassing, political organizing, door-to-door sales, or community outreach.
• Proven leadership or management experience is a strong asset.
• Experience in recruiting and hiring team members is highly valued.
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and comfort using iPads/digital tools.
• Flexible availability, including midday, evenings, and weekends, with a full-time commitment.
