About the Job- We are looking for an experienced SAP CS (Customer Services) to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP SM, SAP SM along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions.
• Lead SAP CS (Customer Service) and SAP SM (Service Management) activities.
• Support OTC, quoting, and service contract processes.
• Manage SAP integration with quoting/CPQ and service contract systems.
• Gather requirements and create functional specifications/process flows.
• Support SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

 

Required Skills

• Strong SAP CS and SAP SM experience.
• Knowledge of OTC / Order-to-Cash.
• Experience with quoting/CPQ and service contracts.
• SAP integration experience.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
