The Role:

Account Manager
Based in Sheffield, office based
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and their day-to-day jobs
Liaising with customers, engineers and internal teams to keep things moving
Learning the technical side of the business, full training given
Monthly bonus and on-call pay on top of basic salary
Private healthcare included

Candidate Requirements:

Well organised, with a good eye for detail
Reliable and comfortable taking ownership of your own workload
Good communicator, able to build relationships with different types of people
Proactive, happy to ask questions and get stuck in
Comfortable with everyday computer systems (Word, Excel, Teams)
Any background considered, customer service, admin, operations, retail management or similar all welcome
