Contract Manager in Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or related field.
Approximately 10+ years of experience managing IT/ERP services contracts, preferably Oracle ERP/EBS environments.
Experience managing enterprise application O&M or managed-services engagements.
Strong experience with staffing, subcontractor/vendor management, contract administration, SLA management, and executive reporting.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical workstreams and senior client stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Current Oracle EBS-related certification if proposed as Key Personnel.

Preferred
PMP, ITIL, or equivalent service/project management certification.
Oracle EBS/OCI managed-services experience.
Government, regulated-industry, or financial-system implementation/O&M experience.
