Alternate Contract Manager

Duties May Include:

• Act for the contractor on all daily operational contract matters when the Contract Manager is absent, under the written designation provided to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• Maintain service continuity and staff coordination during the Contract Manager's absence, including assignment tracking, schedule coverage, issue escalation, and timely communication with Government representatives.
• Support quality checks and timely completion of GFEBS work management and financial analyses, Annual Work Plan inputs, cProjects and GFEBS project processing, and sustainment funding reporting.
• Coordinate accurate ePRISMS space utilization records, BUILDER SMS asset and floor plan updates, Directorate IT asset and eMASS accountability, and recurring reports across the delivery team.
• Review deliverables for completeness and accuracy, track corrections, documentation, and due dates, and help implement the contractor quality control program.
• Help coordinate staff onboarding, Government system access, training, contractor status identification, and contractor manpower reporting. Participate in Government meetings as needed and document handoffs and unresolved issues for the Contract Manager.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience coordinating a service delivery team, work assignments, reporting, and communication with Government customers.
• Practical knowledge of GFEBS and Army installation operations or public works support sufficient to sustain performance when acting for the Contract Manager.
• Ability to validate work order, financial, real property, or facilities data and manage timely resolution of errors.
• Ability to work on site at Fort Benning and meet the access and training requirements.
• High school diploma and applicable GFEBS role requirements (if performing data entry).

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Army Annual Work Plans, ePRISMS, BUILDER SMS, cProjects, ArMA, eMASS, and facility sustainment analysis.
• Previous deputy lead, team lead, project coordinator, or acting manager experience on an installation support or federal services contract.
